Location not upto the mark, food is average, bad amenities & service, from day to checking there was a ac water licking the room, no telephone in the room for service, every time i have to go to reception to tell them for service and food, never change the bedsheet, they just rotate the bedsheet and place the same one.

Service is very bad experience. Phone and tv are not running. No clean towel and room. No breakfast available

रूम की कंडीशन जिस हिसाब से अपने चार्ज किया था बिल्कुल वैसी नहीं है बाथरूम जाम पड़े हैं पुरी होटल में स्टाफ नाम पर कोई नहीं है बार-बार ढूंढना पड़ता है फोन रूम का खराब पड़ा हुआ है कंपलीमेंट्री ब्रेकफास्ट का जो चार्ज अपने ₹400 लिया है उसमें दो ब्रेड के टुकड़े और एक चाय दी गई है अपने चार्ज लिया है यात्रा से निवेदन है इस टाइप की फर्जी होटल में नहीं ठहरी

Location is not good and the service was very poor, no fan in the room and ac was not working and a gang of mosquitoes even the television was not working.

Room service is extremely Bad. very good property. Rest Branch of this hotel is doing excellent. But Experience of this hotel is extremely bad

The room was clean and cozy. Even the staff were very understanding and helpful. Would definitely come here again.

The services of the hotel is average. The hotel is located just beside the railway track and the locality is so unhygienic…

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and 1 day, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is located in the fancy bazar area of guwahati and has all the amenities you would expect in any good hotel. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.

Service is not upto the mark. In the morning in spite of several callings for hot water, no response from their side.

The hotel is located in a bad area. Literally in front of the railway tracks. The staff is impolite and don't pay attention

Location is very bad. It is situated at railway gate number 3 which place is very crowd y and entrance of this hotel is very dirty.

Mentioned hotel doesn't have any complementary breakfast though they are charging rs 3000/day. Staff are very co operative and supportive.

The place is located near a railway track so there is continuous noise from the trains, there is no hot water, ubers are available only after a 2 min walk, and even the telephone doesn't work in the room.

Worst location and approach. Passing trains will not allow to sleep. Practically poor staff, no hot water. Poor restaurant service. Will never stay again nor recommend to any one.

Hotel location is not good no space for parking food is expensive rooms are good staff are cooperative.

Exhaust fan un the bathroom ( room no 107) was not working. We had to wait till 9 pm. Not spacious rooms. 4 rooms not of same category.

It was a lodge offered to me at a price of hotel. The staff was mannerless. Overall experience was pathetic.

Entrance is very bad but staff and rooms have all the amenities. Near to kamakhya temple ola will take 150 rs for a one side trip

Gud hotel room are clean staff are courteous good food overall good experience i recommend this place for better service and stay.
