Townhouse OAK Hi-City

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had. They charged much more than the price shown on the MakeMyTrip app, which feels like a complete scam. The basic facilities were in terrible shape — the commode jet was broken, the shower didn’t work, and not even a single water bottle was provided. The hotel management showed zero responsibility or concern for guests’ comfort. This place is a nightmare for any traveler. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

third class, hotel charges extra money, staff not at all good, never book through make my trip, never book this hotel, please and please stay away from this third class hotel.

I had booked the room. but upon my arrival at hotel it was said that the price of the room that I had booked was more and I had to pay 400 extra to stay in it and cancellation was also not available as I arrived at property after the check-in time. If we have to pay extra at Hotel than what is point of booking. If I knew it, I would have opted for better hotels at that rate. They didn't even provided complimentary drinking water. We had to even pay for that.

1. 1 the receptionist behaviour was very bad, he was always demanding extra money, the price of the room is 1500, and i booked at 1465, then also he is charging we xtra 700 very bad experience worst receptionist i requested you to remove the current receptionist

All over services and food is good but they always asked for extra money during check in. Specially on sunday.

Very sorry to say this i have wrongly booked room, instead of bhimashankar maharashtra, the system has taken to me to guwahati. Any refund possible means can be send.

they ask extra money for room rent…i suggest whoever reading this dont book this hotel. I booked this by seeing the lowest price,when you reach at hotel they will ask you 500 which is not legal also the room was very very dirty odor. All bedsheet with holes and no maintenance. Their owner please change that receptionist no manners and charging illegal extra money..

They charged an extra 500 rupees for the worst room, even though the room is full of dust and the toilet is also not cleaned. I will never recommend anyone come here. I paid +500 extra, which is not worth it.

Hotel staff asked me for extra 500 money before check in. It was night time so i had no other option left

The room was so small plus dirty and smelly. We couldn't able to stay there even for 5 minutes so we request for cancellation but the counter people disagree so we left the hotel without any refund. Please think twice before booking this hotel.

I was boarded at 10 pm and they told me no room is vacant either cancel the booking or they offer to shift their another hotel. I was boarded their another hotel and the hotel was so poor I can’t imagine. But at that mid night I have to stay with poor room and hospitality. This time very bad experience

It was a good hotel with good staffs and view from the window , Really enjoyed my stay at hotel high in garchuk, guwahati. Will surely visit again. Thank you💯

The room they provided are not matching with the photo and when i reached the hotel i didn't find any sign or board so that i can identify the hotel and the charged me extra 1500 at last.

The smell, the dirty towel, blanket, bathroom and plates. Everything is bad. This is like warning to all if you are going with your family.
