Firstly, the hotel name is different from the website..... We roam for nearly an hour to find the hotel address at night time in heavy traffic. And the mobile numbers are also not working. No one picked up my call to assist. We booked a room for a family which consists of 4 persons.... But the hotel staff made some issues at the time of check in. Nearly after 20-25 minutes of arguments we got our room keys.... The hotel room is not sufficient for a family. And they don't provide complimentary breakfast also. We paid 380/- for breakfast. We don't even get a water bottle either. Really a terrific stay. Very disgusting.

The exact name Hi City Inn should appear in the website

Location is great, but very difficult to find out using Google Map. Because the hotel's name is Hi City Inn. When we put Fabhotel Penthouse, it takes us to Gorchuk Cjariali, but we had hard to find out the hotet. We had to ask many people and finally got there. The exact hotel's name should appear in the booking. Room was large enough but hotel could have provided some basic things such as electrical kettle etc.

Since we arrived at the hotel in the morning, they charged us extra Rs. 1000 stating it as early check in. I think this is not justifiable.

The room was very neat and clean and the hotel was pretty good. Only the fooding system was trash like literally worst. The booking says breakfast included but it was not mentioned that very limited. We were 7 and the food offered was only seven item including the quantity. Which means you can only 7 items in quantity and not more than that even if you’re hungry, and if you ask for more they will simply charge you. Secondly there was not buffet system, you have to order into your room. I guess the fooding experience was worst other than than room was pretty good.
