this is not a 3-star hotel property, but a co-living space. On the positive side, the stay itself was nice: the property is visibly new and very clean. However, the breakfast service was extremely disappointing and severely impacted our morning. We were told the only options were idli or puri bhaji. When the idli arrived, it was freezing cold. Upon requesting it be warmed, the room service attendant was unhelpful and rude, stating "idli will be like this only if you want hot you should have ordered at 7 AM." This is unacceptable service. A caretaker eventually intervened and offered puri sabji instead. Overall, this entire ordeal—from the cold food to the argument—wasted almost two hours of our time.
