hotel denied room stating I booked late night and there is no room available. I was stranded with my wife and 2 kids at 2 am as my train was late

Booked room(240 sq ft) with complimentary breakfast, but they provided small room with no complimentary breakfast. Very disappointing.

I had booked a 1 night stay with complimentary breakfast. Had it on voucher. Yet in morning- we asked them that we've complimentary breakfast & what's the menu for that. Accordingly- after we had it, hotel said they never provide complimentary breakfast to anyone & charged for it. We wasted more than 1 hour calling mm t and settling the issue. I call this a cheating episode.

Room was okay but they didn't provide any toilet slippers and charged us for a bottle of water that should have been complementary. Tv was not working and even on requesting, we didn't get a positive response

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect. I was allowed to check in 4 hr early without any charges.

Connectivity is good from this location, nearby food stalls are there, hotel has its own restaurant but foods are bit pricey

U people don't give any discount

Its good, on GS Road so easily approachable, near railway station and in market area.

The staff was quite uncooperative. The reception person was very rude, they charged me even for a single bottle of water. My stay was for 2 days and I ordered a choupsey on first day and a few minutes after they gave it in my room, they started knocking the door asking for the bill amount as if we are running after eating their choupsey. In all other hotels all the bills are paid only while checking out. They were unnecessarily knocking the door again n again. The washroom condition was so poor, all the water was getting blocked during taking bath. They did not even provide toothpaste. The besheet was very dirty. They charge so much for a single night only for giving such poor amenities. I am very much disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I never ever recommend anyone for staying there.
