Found through walking while we have book another hotel but not satisfied and process another, Excellent stay very good hotel and staff as we’ll thanks for ur kindness

I travelled as a solo traveller. it's a ok hotel with prime location on main road. easy to reach. best thing is it's big and spacious rooms. house they are a bit old fashioned, but open ventilation will help you to get clean air with sunlight as well, adding to your comfort. however the hotel needs to work on their room service and bathroom amenities.

Room is spacious but some things were broken. Breakfast is very bad and cheap and same through out the tour. Taste of food is also below averag

The staff where not very kind, Towels were not provided Food was not ready on time close to 40mins delay They need to be more responsible

Location is good, food is average, rooms have no glass just cups, the electric kettle had stains inside and smelly. Food is over priced compared to the quality.

The room was okay. Wifi did not work. Food was good. Had wifi worked, this hotel would have been a great hotel at the price offered.

Overall good hotel to stay, clean room, spacious room, good food, prime location, good staff and parking facility.

The service was not up to the mark. Tv was not running. You don't get tea before 8am & the breakfast is same everyday

Was a pleasant stay had all the necessary amenities but the breakfast was not up to the mark. Bathroom was okay and the rooms are pretty large so no complaints whatsoever

The stay was terrible. Rooms and washrooms were smelling badly. Bedsheets and bed covers were torn. The entire accommodation and rooms were very unhygienic.

Ac leakage, stinky rooms, dirty toilets, corridors. Poor response from staff. One of the worst experience in guwahati

Other than the location, which can be a little far from prime locations this hotel is perfect. The hotel staff are exceptionally cooperative and helpful. Food is excellent. Rooms are clean and they provide body lotion, soap, tooth brush & paste and clean towels. Overall i really enjoyed my stay there.

Poor house keeping and limited food option for lunch, dinner and breakfast. Quality of soup is very bad.

No welcome drink as described in booking details, no balcony view as included ac stopped working in midnight no well cleaned bathroom and rooms, room service is not good, they keep us doing hurry and instant calling in check out, overall worst hotel ever i faced

The washroom was not clean, the basin was broken and the commode was not clear properly. The architecture of the room was not good, while opening the window there were people half naked.

At this price hotel was okok. Breakfast was very bad. Cleanliness was also poor. Bed was old so sleep was not good

The place and staff is really nice and good, need to update restraunt a bit but apart from this, everything is excellent.
