Dirty bed sheet , ac not working comod flash not working doesn't seem like the picture shown while booking, charged extra amount, overall stayed in the hotel for less than 4 hour , loss of money waste of time.

I have been regularly booking my stay through MMT but this time it was a terrible experience..The hotel was lack of professionalism..The manager charged extra 1000/ for using A/C and no towel was provided for bathroom..When I encountered an argument for the A/C usage he abused me ..I was totally flabbergasted...I checked out after 2 hours on the same day ..It was waste of money and prestige hamper experience..I will no longer use MMT for booking hotel untill I get justice..

AC not working properly and even they don't have the AC remote to control the temperature, it's directly set to 16°c There was no towel in the room and when I asked for it they said it's out of stock in laundry And even they couldn't provide me mosquito killing liquid because there was so many mosquitos in the room and then I have purchased the Mosquito killing liquid from blink it from my money

Don't book this hotel for your pleasent stay you will end up disappointing yourself. Their management has spoiled completely. I had to change 3 rooms to stay at no.4 . And waited for a towel till checkout but haven't got any. Probably the worst experience I've ever faced

The receptionist doesn’t even know how to talk properly. The room was extremely dirty, and the bathroom was not clean either. The wash basin tap was broken. No drinking water was provided in the room. It was just a room—no place to keep clothes. There was no TV. All rooms had only one AC remote shared among them. The only good thing was the staff’s behavior—it was decent. I ordered dinner at night, and they gave me a dirty plate. The food prices were also very high. Although complimentary breakfast was included, they charged and served only puris and one cup of tea. It’s a poor-quality place
