The Location of property is good. Breakfast is good. Alacarte Food was also good. They need to keep tissue paper in room and an additional soap in bathroom for shower area as shower gel was not their.

Hotel has no exhaust fan in the bathroom, no air passing even in the smoking room and the windows are completely sealed hence we can not make it comfortable as our requirements. Hence it was terrible suffocating environment and even the corridor has also no ventilation, hence if anyone open the room door it's remain same.

I got plastic cover in food and I have booked for 2 days my flight delayed for 1 hour I ask 1 hour extra time to check out they asked off day charges soo very bad experience

This property is old but is trying to keep up with changed times. Service and staff behavior is excellent. The rooms are reasonably spacious and clean. The location can get very crowded and parking is a problem.

I have stayed this week for 4 days and my experience is horrible. washroom basin and floor has been water logged. the did not make the room even after my intimation. one day i have ordered dinner but they forgot to serve rice though its in their bill. I have noticed in late night and had my dinner outside

Avoid room No. 602 if possible and the hotel as maintenance work going on.

Check-in & Check out were smooth. Room 510 was allocated to me, but on entering the room, it was full of cigarette 🚬 smell, and the bell boy himself called up the reception to change the room. Then room 602 was given to me as the Irish King room, which was smaller in size and, later on, through reviews, found it was the cheaper price of Irish room. The wooden floor was broken near the washroom, only one bath towel provided, no hair conditioner or shaving kit, and comb not provided. The room itself had some uncanny feelings that I could feel some sort of restlessness. I ordered in room dining both lunch and dinner, but I didn't feel like having the food as it was tasteless. But the next morning food was good and tasty during breakfast in the restaurant. In the evening, I found out that the elevator was not working and the corridor was not bright. I had to walk downstairs from the 6th floor to the ground floor reception. I complained about the lift, and they said there were voltage fluctuations, so the elevator was under repair. The hotel is also having some maintenance work going on, so forget about a peaceful stay as on the roof all throughout the day. I didn't feel good inside my room 602, so I checked out the next day.

Very good location. But totally cut off from the rush of traffic and public. Peaceful and calm environment. Cost of food is absurdly high. Service is swift, good staff. Air condition was very old, so there was a problem in cooling. There is a need to fix the pipe line as it makes a lot of noise while switching a shower line
