Excellent Stay - Madhuri & Babita hosted super well

The hotel is located at the right place. The rooms are large and clean. Food was awesome and hotel staff is amazing. Loved the way Madhuri hosted us at reception and Babita treated us on Dinner. Just too good.

Actually it was poor stay.

In washroom, body cleaner malfunctioning even after replacing. There was bugs in bed, couldn't sleep properly. Red patches develope on body due to bites of bed bugs. Phone was not working, unable to call at reception.

Enjoyed the stay at Sachika hotels. Comfortable accommodation clubbed with good choice of food made our stay very memorable. Anindita had assured us of good stay and she provided a good reference of Driver Hitesh. Hitesh was of good help in visiting Kamaakhya and other temples as well as visiting tourist spots in Meghalaya. Our trip to Guwahati was well enjoyed because of stay and services at Sachika Hotels.
