Townhouse Oak JVH Hotel Bangalore

Well the room wasn't clean and the overall appearance is too shady. The bed covers and covers were not clean. There weren't necessary utensils present and we need to call for help many times. With the plumbing issues in toilets. Not properly working A/C, and many more.

It is very horrible stay as we checked in at 12 A.M they didn't even provided us the good hygiene room and made us pay extra charge for room shifting. That too at midnight so please make sure you look into this matter

Long waiting time to get room allocated,even staff at desk were sitting ideally,was first allocated room in broken TV screen,and lught panel not working,to change room theny took more then 1 hour,and to give complimentary water also they need more then 1 hour,that also after calling twice

The rooms were horrible...bathroom was worst ..bathroom door handle was broken,beds not clean ....seems longtime not changed ,staff non-cooperative , Food quality was worst

The check-in and check out in this hotel was very easy and a couple friendly. The food was a bit on the costiler side but was worthy for the amount paid. The location was very easily accessible and very closely connected to metrostation and bus stand. Facilities like lift, 24 hours hot water availability, surrounding was very clean, beds and sheets were very clean.

Hotel was not hygienic, not proper managed. Amenties mentioned was not provided. Not even blankets

The property location was perfect... easy to access.. They needed to maintain the hygiene of the room, The bed was not comfortable and old .... the mattress was not feeling fresh... no place for four wheeler parking, I was using metro paid parking place.. shower was not proper... - no towels at rooms, - no power back - no shampoo or shop was given ..

No cold water is coming Saty was good Location was so good near to metro AC was not working properly But still they changed my room so it's fine

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. There was no hot water, no hangers provided, no TV in the room, and no towels available. These basic amenities were expected but not provided, which made my stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Worst stay they were asking extra money for early checkin from 2 hours prior to standard checkin

It was the worst place i have ever stayed. The service was terrible. The lights in the rooms weren't working and we had to call the staff every time we entered to turn on the lights. The ac wasn't working, and there's no fan ofcourse. There was no hot water and they kept telling they will bring a bucket and kept us waiting for hours, we called them repeatedly and they kept telling different reasons, at-least tell us u can't provide hot water right now instead of wasting so much time. The sink and tap in the bathroom was broken. No towels or toiletries were provided and the blankets were not clean. Room service was terrible too.

Property's locations is very good next to mysuru road metro station to go any place for a short time. Food also good, hotel faselity is also fine and all are the staff is very folite and honest.
