when i booked, it was executive room with complementary breakfast. but next day morning hotel manager denied and i have to pay for this.

Room was small but fairly neat. Somethings can be better maintained like towel, fridge. Ok for 1 night stay close to ISBT Guwahati.

Food was not up to the mark. The service is very poor. The taste of the food is not at all good. Also they have very limited variety of item in the breakfast

Stayed one night thinking it a 3 star hotel. No tooth paste, tooth brush and towel. I requested to provide towels and they provided it. No complementary breakfast. It's not deserved for the money i paid.

I stayed one day with my wife, room is well maintained, location is good, near the highway and isbt guwahati

The bathroom cleanliness is not satisfactory

Very limited menu. I tried ordering for 3 separate items at 3 different times and they were not available. I was told that people and material not available.

The hotel was clean and the stuffs were very helpful and friendly. Besides the location was beside the highway. So we reached there without any problem

The hotel is located in the bypass road and is convenient if one does not intend to enter the main city. It is a good plce to stay if you have someone in the excel-care hospital

The Hotel amenities were top notch spacious rooms. Very supportive housekeeping and service

The food was really bad and the Hotel seriously needs some changes.

Average Hotel. Lots of mosquito in room

Hotel close to Inter State Bus Terminal and some prominent hospitals, also short drive to Airport. Away from the main City and good check-in if you are using as a pit stop for a early morning drive out from Guwahati as in my case. I was driving to Thimpu next morning. The hotel needs to have cleaner bathrooms and clean parking area. The parking is safe but small area.

Nice homely food with cozy stay. Little bit away from the mad crowd which adds the calmness in the stay. Good clean rooms.

The Hotel staff were very nice and very cooperative.

Stayed for 3 days. Good for business and family tour.
