Location was at Prime Place of Guwahati but one thing that disappoint me was that the house keeping is not cleaning properly . I ve got hair of girls in my bed

Quality to be improved
My booking was for 2 nights 18.07.2025 and 19.07.2025. The room was ok but service was below average. During my check in no water was provided which was provided only after I informed. In the room, no towel was provided, no toiletories was provided. Hand wash jar was empty, no soap or other thing was given. Handle of wardrobe was broken. I think this min requirement was supposed to be provided and that too when I was booking

Good Stay
Everything fine except the Breakfast timing. I was 8nformed that I can get at 8 AM, but cannot get even at 8:25 Am and I have to leave the Hotel without taking Breakfast!

Worst Hotel ever visited
THE STAFF BEHAVIOUR IS SOO WORST. THEY PROVIDED AN UNCLEANED ROOM WITH MALFUNCTIONED AC and TV. The room was very conjusted and small as They provided a standard room instead of the Deluxe room which we booked. The room didn't have any calling bells. The room landline phone was also not working. The bedsheets and comforter were uncleaned. They didn't even provided any electric kettle. Moreover the room which was allotted to us didn't have any room number even. When I complained at the reception to change the room he shouted at me saying it's not their concern since we booked from a third party app. Overall we are unhappy with our booking.

Terrible Stay
The hotel provided a small room and charged us for the delux room saying that they now didn't have any deluxe room available.

Average Stay
The bedsheets were not cleaned everyday and they asked for rupees 500 because i was not getting an uber for a distance that was showing 120 on uber for cab, that too for an auto. Quite unethical.

Clean environment everywhere

Poor Stay
businessThe hotel and rooms are full of mosquitoes, asking for mosquito spray category denied and in spite of given instructions of cleaning of room, at evening about 9 pm. Room conditions are horrable. Asking reason for the same, lame excuse has been give. Go for zoo road unit in spite of that unit. Such a horrible experience.

Park palace hote
Stay was comfortable. All amenities were provided to us as described in voucher. However the bathroom sleeper was not provided but received after making a request. Rooms and bathroom were clean. All received as expected.
