HOTEL ROYAL HERITAGE

My recent stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room itself was satisfactory, though a bit congested, the air conditioning wasn't working properly, which made the room quite uncomfortable. To add to the disappointment, a significant portion of the menu items were unavailable. This limited the dining options considerably. Despite the room's basic comfort, these issues detracted from the overall experience.

Not a good hotel to stay. Extremely dirty, they don't even clean room regularly. Staff behavior not good.

Hotel Royal Heritage staff are polite but the room is not well maintained, Cleanliness wise, could not sleep because of bedbugs bites, bathroom ventilator is broken, mosquitoes visit frequently and disturb whole night..

Very Co-operative , they allowed early checking . Breakfast was very good ; Rather excellent . Everyone was very polite. Checkout was also very smooth

Room size is small but clean and good room no303 . they give me king size bedroom.

Room is clean. The toilet is a little Small. Room service is slow. Food is good. Breakfast should be given at 7 AM.

Hot water not available for shower, call not received reception and room service, room service also poor, tea cup broken and not clean, electricity down 5 min not responding any staff,

The staffs are inefficient. They don’t have any communication in between them. The rooms are shaby with no proper lighting

It was a good stay, the staff took a long time to come and deliver the orders. The hotel needs renovation and the towel was not clean so i informed to change but gave one towel only. Overall it was a good but need to groom the staffs

The hotel receptionist was terrible don’t have any sense how to behave. He’s attitude made me punch him on his face. And talking about the facilities I booked a room with AC and every possible things but they gave us a room with AC which did not work and the rooms were not that clean like for example the bedsheets and all. Requesting the owner of the hotel to recruit a new person at the reception and fire that black dog who is currently working and look into the cleanliness.

pathetic service ...No cleaning 🧹🧼.... breakfast option are repetitive....Staff is non cooperative

Perfect location with reachable accommodation goood rooms and friendly staff good food quality and quick service

Breakfast was displayed with cold stuff, towels were stinking.

Maintenance standard of the asset got deteorated than before. Linens had an odd smell. Breakfast lay out not satisfactory.

Not too many choice of food especially for dinner, many items are in the menu, but nothing is available when asked. Location is ok just 30 minutes away from airport. Not many aminities, property is old and need better cleaning. Linens were dirty.
