Hotel Royal Palace Guwahati

Budget hotel in the heart of the city. Located during earlier Disneyland school (Junior). Decent space for parking

Good stay overall. The food was tasty and service was polite. However, the room was a bit small with not a very pleasant view. Still a comfortable and pleasant experience.

well, it was my second time in hotel royal palace and somehow I didn't like the experience. food was good 👍

No body wash or soap, electric kettle, no curtains on windows, dirty bedsheets, worst experience ever.

Room was not up to the mark. Telephone was not working. Water leaking out from AC. Toilet flush was not working properly. Towels were old and unclean. Room were very compact and non ventilated. No toiletries like shampoo,shop,oil, Colgate etc. Very limited option for breakfast ,Lunch and dinner. Price was quite high. Location is digusting as everything is too far from there. Nothing was complimentary there..You have to pay for everything u consume even a water bottle was not complimentary. Very bad experience. No body should waste there money for this Hotel.

The stay was very comfortable, The rooms were spacious. The restaurant is also very good.The staff of the hotel is also very cooperative.

Best location, friendly staff and clean enough to stay. Hygiene breakfast and calm environment too.

The property is located in zoo road which is quite near to guwahati railway station. Amenities and services are quite good. Neat and clean

This is my fifth stay with this hotel. this time I stayed there for a week, it was a good experience.

The quality of the food was unsatisfactory. Despite having complimentary lunch or dinner included in my reservation, I was informed that only “thali” was available. Additionally, the room did not meet the expected standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Staff behaviour is not ok. And no tooth paste and soap inside the bathroom and I am not comfortable staying in this hotel

The room was well maintained, clean. Towel was provided. AC was workinng fine. Room service was good. The room was a bit small.

Room wasn't clean, bathroom was wet even after 6 hours gap. Room corners were left dirty. As per the budget hotel room size was ok for single occupancy and breakfast was fine.
