Property is old and low on maintenance. Bathroom are very tiny to bath an infant too. Could find bits of trash under the beds, chairs, kitchen table etc. Stains on furnitures and stench of rottens.

We had a disappointing experience at the Genesis Villa by Summer88, Guwahati. After traveling a long distance to get there, we were surprised to find no one at the reception desk. We had to wait for the staff to arrive and even had to call them to check-in. Although the rooms were eventually provided, they were not without issues. The bed in the room was too small for three people to sleep comfortably. Things took a turn for the worse at midnight when we discovered there was no water available in the bathroom, making it impossible to flush the toilet or even wash our hands. We didn't even get to bathe there. Overall, our stay was quite unpleasant due to these inconveniences.

The hospitality was exceptional, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The room showed while booking was different from the room provided, and asked for extra charges for the room showed in the picture while i booked that room itself

The staffs does not listen your word, kitchen was shared but with tge staffs only i told them not to use it but after also repeatedly tell they still use it and pretend like they dont care and also they do not clean the kitchen after using ! they do not block the bookings after i booked and later some other came and the owner of the homestay didnt even told me and was trying to give me my rest day refund and let me out! poorest management team and homestay i strongly don’t recommend this homestay!

Location is good worth for money…..I like this place…caretaker is good and this place is value for money…….

Completely its very bad. Room service is not good. Toilet door dont have locked. Full smell coming from toilet. This is the worst home stay i ever stay.

Good and peaceful stay, only issue was no water in the bath. Please property owner water is a basic need make sure its available especially after a long journey. The rest was a pleasant stay i'd recommend the property after the water issues are resolved.

Beautiful place to stay. Spacious, clean, beautiful. View is also nice. Free from chaos. The food was also good. Well behaved staff. Overall great stay.
