Property Location is Good . Food is great . Rooms are clean and tidy so as the bathrooms. Room service is great. 10/10 Recommended...

Dirty room, Dirty Bedsheet, Blanket, Pillow also dirty. Not properly cleaned or swept. Food was average and charged too much for the quality provided

The room was dirty on the first day with lots of dust. However the behaviour of the staff was good. Its an old hotel but infra needs to be improved.

I booked this hotel for my dad..and he really loved the experience. The staff were really helpful. The rooms, bathroom, food everything was hygienic and well maintained.

Rooms need to be better maintained, reoairings needed. room service was good. bills are not shown or given to the customers during checkout which needs to change. this is all as of now

Hotel bluemoon location is very convenient. Staff are very friendly. They are so supportive in accommodating us for early check-in as we had to reach hotel much before our scheduled time. I would highly recommend this hotel for a good budget friendly stay

hii.....this hotel is pathetic....... the room is very filthy, bed sheets and linens were not changed. room was stinking like hell. Room service is horrible. for getting ordered foods from zomato, they are asking money. overall terrible experience. I will never ever recommend to anyone.
