businessThis hotel is one of the worst hotels i have stepped in so far. The rooms are not as described and have very little space, too congested to even move around. Cleanliness is pathetic. Room is filled with dust, the mattress and the blanket covers smell terrible, which are also torn. There are no intercoms as well. No parking space as described (hardly two cars can be parked in the basement. On top of everything, the staff doesn't care about the state of the hotel they run! bingo!

The hotel rooms were very dirty. Room was having smell of cigarettes. We couldn't stay for even an hour because of the dirty environment. Immediately we had to change our hotel. Sorry we got so disturbed by the dirty environment

Terrible unhygienic stay this time. Worse experience with makemytrip booking this time. Highly disappointing. Ac room full of dust. Washroom not clean. Water tab not ok, flash broken. Staffs unhygienic appearance. Same staff with same clothes cleaning hotels and serving food in the restaurant. Most horrific stay.
