Review Of Zen Garden

Zen garden is realy nice as a budget hotel.. Goos rooms, clean linens and good bathrooms. Food is very tasty. I ordered veg thali all the 3 times that I stayed there.. very nicely prepared.

Disappointing stay. Room cleanliness was subpar, amenities lacked modernity, and service felt indifferent. Noise from adjacent rooms was disturbing. Overpriced for what was offered. Breakfast options were limited. Wouldn't recommend without significant improvements. Experience didn't match expectations, fell short on comfort and value.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. I especially appreciated the [Mention a specific feature like the great view, fast Wi-Fi, or the coffee machine].

The location was okay, it's 1-1.5km away from the main market, and the food was good I'll say, there is an unlimited buffet i took in the morning for breakfast. The staff was cooperative, i sat there for some more hours in their restaurant for my meetings and they didn't ask for the extra charges, the drycleaning facility was missing there, and the rest was good.

Price is high

food service is terrible. try to improve food service.. Earlier it was good but now they take more 2 hours to take for a simple meal

not good the services The bed at the Hotel was nothing short of luxurious. It was a king-sized bed that provided ample space for two people to sleep comfortably. The mattress was firm yet soft, which provided excellent support for our backs. The bedding was clean and fresh, which added to our overall comfort.

Very good service and staff behaviour... We could stay without any hassle.... only problem was the towel that was provided, it was smelling...

One of the worst experience i have ever witnessed. They have not even changed previous bed sheet neither they have provided basic materials. Also, They took 1 hour and 30 mins to provide dinner and lunch. Apart from these, they have not even provided tissue papers despite of multiple request. The house keeping staff did not come for room cleaning for 2 days despite of multiple request.

firstly I wanted to mention the staff of this property from the security guard to the staff in the Restaurant and Room service all are customer centric and organized. even the reception guys. very good! 👍 The food was very much to my liking as well. the only issue I had was the rooms. broken water kettle. toilets and bathrooms were a bit dirty and a bit smelly. which was a NO for me. even pillow cover and bedsheets were not up to the mark. need to make the room proper. Also should provide at least 2 chairs in the room. I do hope this stuffs that I have mentioned gets improved. I have stayed 3 times within a couple of months gap in this hotel and I do hope to stay again with the improvements. 🙏

worth it if available .No food room service for breakfast you will need to go to the hotels restaurant which is at 4th floor,rest everything is good.
