The location was okay, it's 1-1.5km away from the main market, and the food was good I'll say, there is an unlimited buffet i took in the morning for breakfast. The staff was cooperative, i sat there for some more hours in their restaurant for my meetings and they didn't ask for the extra charges, the drycleaning facility was missing there, and the rest was good.

Price is high

food service is terrible. try to improve food service.. Earlier it was good but now they take more 2 hours to take for a simple meal

not good the services The bed at the Hotel was nothing short of luxurious. It was a king-sized bed that provided ample space for two people to sleep comfortably. The mattress was firm yet soft, which provided excellent support for our backs. The bedding was clean and fresh, which added to our overall comfort.

Very good service and staff behaviour... We could stay without any hassle.... only problem was the towel that was provided, it was smelling...

One of the worst experience i have ever witnessed. They have not even changed previous bed sheet neither they have provided basic materials. Also, They took 1 hour and 30 mins to provide dinner and lunch. Apart from these, they have not even provided tissue papers despite of multiple request. The house keeping staff did not come for room cleaning for 2 days despite of multiple request.

firstly I wanted to mention the staff of this property from the security guard to the staff in the Restaurant and Room service all are customer centric and organized. even the reception guys. very good! 👍 The food was very much to my liking as well. the only issue I had was the rooms. broken water kettle. toilets and bathrooms were a bit dirty and a bit smelly. which was a NO for me. even pillow cover and bedsheets were not up to the mark. need to make the room proper. Also should provide at least 2 chairs in the room. I do hope this stuffs that I have mentioned gets improved. I have stayed 3 times within a couple of months gap in this hotel and I do hope to stay again with the improvements. 🙏

worth it if available .No food room service for breakfast you will need to go to the hotels restaurant which is at 4th floor,rest everything is good.

Had to shift rooms due to a faulty water jet in the morning but due to low staff room was not exchanged

Don't ever book by mistake, the rooms are so dirty and door is like it will get break at any moment ..it's not a safe for girls or couples to stay ...from outside hotel looks fine but from inside it doesn't deserve 500Rs also....staffs unprofessional and they will put extra charges...most of the reviews are just to get discount in next stay they don't allow outside food... forcefully u have to eat their food...and there was no dustbin also so kindly save your money look for other options

Hotel room is good and clean but bathroom area is small and unhinge. Hotel staff is good behavior.
