Super Hotel O Cherry City Cottage

Location is good, poor service conjusted rooms, 1 stayed 3 days 2 nights but no room service for a single minute, I request for room brooming but they said staff unavailable, and food price is also very high

I stayed at this hotel and faced several issues. Despite paying online for the booking, I had to wait until 1 pm to get my room key. The room was not properly cleaned, with hair and wrappers left around. Although I booked a room with complimentary breakfast, the hotel denied this benefit. Additionally, the AC remote was non-functional, the fan regulator was missing its knob cap, and there were intermittent electricity outages at night, with mosquitoes being a problem. The Wi-Fi never worked in my room either. The gates close at 11 pm, and online food delivery guy is not allowed inside, which was inconvenient. Overall, my stay was not up to the mark, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

At time of booking i was offered complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner which was later denied by the property and mmt. Hence loss of money. Property is located atleast 600m from the main road i. E. Gs road. Rooms are really good and washroom is fabulous even my own home don't have that sort of neat and large washrooms. Thus it's an average experience.

They charged me extra 300 for me to check in the hotel, as their price and make my trip price were mismatch actually mm t price showed lower from thier hotel, as customer we also want to get a deal where we could saved little penny in hotel reservation that's why mm t is their to choose pocket friendly but this kind of behaviour from such hotel is very bad.

The stay was great with good room service and amenities. Faced water problem (dirty water) however. Hope the hotel solves this. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

The place and area is very safe and quiet. The room is very cosy and warm. It gives me a homely feeling. The caretaker is good. The only problem or issue was with the hot water from the geyser. It ran cold, and hot water wasn't coming through. Other than that, the stay was great and breakfast was very filling. Thank you.

Whatever the price you through they will compell you to pay a total of ₹ 1600 and moreover the room is very congested and AC was not working during my stay and i compained regarding it they said that they will fix it but never came to fix it the bedsheet and pillow cover were dirty. I would strongly advice against these hotel

The behaviour of the receptionist was very terrible and i would strongly advise against this hotel further the rooms are congested the one that is showed in the picture is just for show and the price of food is way too much and further they gets irrited when being asked for the cash memo tax invoice. Overall its very much pathetic

Clean rooms, clean toilets & bath and friendly staff. The food was surprisingly better than expected. Located in a residential area and a little removed from the main road, it offers a quiet tranquil environment. Ideal for those who are looking for a break from the noisy main roads. Only complain is that the tv has no subscription, couldn't watch anything.

It's location is very suitable. As it's near gs road so everything is accessible easily.

The bed room and bathroom is spacious and good. Light, ac provision is also very good, but mattress is too soft and little bit uncomfortable. There's no disturbance and it's and ideal hotel to stay. Only problem is it is located in the corner little far from main road. It is 100% worth value for money. Thank you.

I would not suggest any one to book this hotel. After searching in narrow lanes we reached hotel cherry city'cottage, guwahati. Reception staff was very rude and he denied to give us rooms. Although break fast and dinner was included in our package booked through make my trip, the hotel staff denied to provide the same to us. After talking to representative of make my trip he agreed to provide us rooms after approximately an hour. We were group of 10 family members mostly senior citizens and we traveled almost 6 hours from cherrapunji to guwahati and faced this awkward position. Rooms were very small and dirty. After intervention of make my trip, they provided two bread slices and one boiled egg per person. Would not recommend at all.

Loved the place. Quite and homely. Needed facilities provided.

We visited the place for the 3rd time but this time we are totally unsatisfied with the cleanliness and hygiene. Breakfast is not that much good. Overall very dis-pointing
