Suhana Homestay (Rehman Hospital 2 minutes, Pratiksha and GNRC Hospital 5 minutes)

Do not book this hotel. as per our feedback. a. c not working properly. room was not cleansed. not hygiene. also toilet was not cleansed

My experience at the homestay was terrible. As soon as I reached the place I felt pathetic. The owner operator was drunk and I didn't felt safe. After i entered and saw the room; the bedsheet was dirty and the toilet seat was not there. That places felt nothing less than a brothel so I didn't stay there and left the place immediately. I knew there won't be any refund so i went from there without asking for refund.

1. very bad experience. rooms were very dirty and small 2. very old type room wall have a lot of crack 3. they charge extra 400 for using AC 4. bed sheet were very dirty and smelly 4. blacket were very old and dirty and without cover 5. small dirty bathroom and no handwash no soap were given. tape were leaking water 6. there was a old non functional tv whose wire and cable were cut. 9. window curtain have a lot of white stain 10. door lock were non functional 11. the caretaker used to stay the hall room itself. he has a bed where he stays whole day and night.

The most important thing is they switch off the a/c every morning around 4 or 5 am without even asking and whenever you go out won't turn on until you ask to do so This homestay will charge you around for a A/c standard room but when you complete payment the booking will be done for a non a/c room which is in terrible condition without any balcony and for the a/c room that you saw at first you will have to pay per night which is also not in the best condition bedsheets are torn, towels are old and dirty when asked for just two cups of hot water after getting denied for any other food at 9 am the house keeper told us to do it by ourselves we washed utensils and boiled water by ourselves terrible service

Worst. No working tv. No Ac remote. Wall stained. No reception. Damaged bed cover. No Soap and what not. Pathetic stay. I wish i could get refund

The rooms were below average with a bad hygiene.

I don't think in this price any other platforms give me like this kind property. It's a value for money option. And the staff on that day he was literally good and well behaved person. I go out for dinner and I getting late waiting for cab. But still the staff came out at 12.00 o clock for me to open the gate. It's really appreciate

very much disappointed ☹️ not at all clean room, bathroom worst condition, no toilet sheet 😭, bed sheet very old and dirty, room colour are so mudy.... even I had like this experience.

They did not prepare any food, no water bottle available, no soap in the bathroom, lots of mosquitos and cockroaches and hard mattress.

Room was not that clean as I expected..!!

not slept for the whole night, lots of mosquito and bedbugs and... cockroach, bathroom dirty and smelling, the whole wall was stain with blood probably cause by smashing the mosquito, the care taker were dame care attitude, not even helping in moving the luggages, I have booked for 4 days but stayed for two nights only...it's in a pathetic condition..my simple advice... plz stay away from this home stay..

As soon as i reach the location. The person gave me a room whose bed was broken and when i complained about it he said there no other room. There is lots of mosquitoes in the room and dirty towel, blanket, pillow. Overall it was a pathetic.

I don't know what they are charging for the room. Firstly the caretaker was very unprofessional, the whole compartment smelling of a cigarette, the bed was so noisy that even one turn around there was a rattling sound, the tv had no recharge when complained, the caretaker response was "nobody watches television so recharge not done. Not even a water bottle or a glass was available in the room. The blanket smelled bad odour. I was helpless and couldn't even cancel the room as it was non refundable. I had a horrible experience.
