Ginger Guwahati

The location of the property is not in the main city and far away from the Airport. The food was also very average, in other Gingers there are many options for breakfast but I found much less options don't know why. Amenities and services are also very average. I am a little bit disappointed with Ginger this time. Rooms are as usual. really not worthy.. Charges are as usual on the higher side..

Infrastructure wise bad experience. Locks not working,every time to call for masterkey, window handle broken, washrooms not so clean. Approach road by bad with garbage dumping Staff members are nice and welcoming especially the reception staff.

I would like to rate it average. Hotel rooms are not properly maintained and looks like old hotel rooms. Facilities are good and almost similar to like other Ginger hotels.

Too much noise at night 2 o’clock , room quality 3rd class, room service also 3rd class.

This is a very good hotel for stay, especially for people who come here for official work. The staff is very courteous, hospitable and helpful. I liked the food offered here. Special mention to Minaj and his team from the restaurant who was very hospitable.

Excellent rooms and recommend for business stay for the official visits. Rooms are excellent with all the facilities

I stayed at Ginger Hotel for 2 nights and overall had a very good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, food was tasty, and hygiene was well maintained. The staff were polite, friendly, and always helpful. However, I noticed a small issue — some floor tiles made noise while walking, which could be improved. Apart from that, everything else was excellent and I enjoyed my stay.

Every things are good, staff are good , food is good , room is also good but approach road is bad condition

Food was good but hotel need urgent renovation as bed was inadequate to sleep with a child

Wonderful and very friendly staff. Always ready to help. Good and a very peaceful place to stay. Rooms are well maintained. Breakfast spread sufficient and well organized. Desert as part of dinner buffet would be appreciated

Yes, the Ginger , Guwahati is the best among its category. The food facilities is excellent, cleanliness is superb, the behaviour of staffs is the best and location wise ,it is okay.
