room was dirty. Ac was not working. toilet sheet was broken.. outside food was not allowed and the restaurant food was too costly

Needs renovation top bottom. Clumsy entrance bot have a elevator for room. Walls have foot prints, switch board broken hanging cables, old t v not working, old ac was not functional, internet not available, tiny wash room. Staffs were ok and cooperative. Taxi for airport properly arranged good driver.

1st hotel denied booking saying hotel is sold out. Then after 30 min of waiting (connect with customercare ) finally allow to check in. Then room is horrible. Bed is broken from one side also making noice too. Even there is cockroach. Bathroom door from inside is broken. Not able to sleep more than 2 hrs. I suggesting please remove this hotel from your list.

The room provided were not good. Khatamal were present, couldn't sleep due to that. Otherwise room were decent.

We booked a room and paid online but when we reached hotel at 2100 hrs person at reception asked us to pay 650- for that room as according to him i paid low price while booking. When i objected he told me that he can't give me room then, as it was night and was left with no option i had to pay 550- cash and 100 - through upi ( for which he gave me a bill. Also ) apart from that room was worst, there were insects all over seen at around 12 midnight in room and specially on bed. We could not sleep properly the situation was as if they have not opened balcony / windows since ages to let fresh air and sunlight come in. Since it's near dabolim airport thus we booked but would not suggest anyone to book if you have an option. The food was good, no complain on that. Worst experience ever since i started booking online hotel for my travel.

This place is 15 min walking distance from dabolim airport. Good choice to stay when arriving late night in goa dabolim airport. Food rate is affordable and taste is good, we ordered veg dum biryani handi and it was served really hot with raita.

bad 👎 Hotel I have to pay extra charges and guide us how to reach at Hotel after reaching at Hotel asked us to pay extra charges of 1000/- after seeing having small 2 child with us has raised the price very bad experience very bad staff and service don't try to visit the place if any one is thinking to go over there 1st time experience with such kind of people's.

Worst management. Did not let me check-in until i paid extra money. Did not even give receipt for the extra money. There were rats everywhere. Worst experience.

The room was extremely dirty unhygienic washroom was not upto the mark leaking and stinking bedsheets n bedcover both were dirty n stained, mosquitoes n ants all were present, cobwebs on wall and above no power since 7 am in the morning till 11am when i left. Its the worst stay i had ever in my life. Pls. Dnt include such properties and spoil your name.

It's a good apartment but certainly not hotel. We reached at midnight due to late flight. No staff to attend at night. The man who picked us from airport helped us settle in room. No room service. Breakfast is outsourced

Complementary breakfast was not served even after asked so mny times. Not happy if i hv to wait to eat which i have paid for. Supposed to get breakfast at 8:30am. It's 10am still waiting

There are lots of differences between photos and room very bad smell around the room, we had to pay an extra 800rs to upgrade the room.
