Ocean View The Apartment Hotel

Washrooms had no lock, ACs were leaking badly, doors were soo tight to even open, Beds were in so bad condition. Restaurant below is very slow in serving.

We knew about Ocean view from our parents hence booked here. There are good rooms with a view. Food was ok as it was freshly.prepared though it took some time. Overall great experience.

The hotel’s location and food quality are decent, but it lacks several basic facilities expected from a good hotel. Mobile network reception is extremely poor, making it feel as if you’re cut off from the outside world. Wi-Fi is available only in select rooms, and even there, the connectivity is unreliable. The breakfast spread is quite limited, with very few options. If an item turns cold, you’ll have to either consume it as is or skip it, as the staff strictly avoids reheating anything. Food prices are high, and the portions served are disappointingly small. While most of the staff are polite, the lady at the daytime reception is exceptionally discourteous and behaves as if she owns the place. Her rude and unprofessional attitude leaves a negative impression and could be a major reason why guests may not return. The hotel owner needs to seriously work on understanding hospitality standards and introduce guest-friendly processes. Staff members also require proper training in customer service. Overall, the stay was far from satisfactory.

Staff were good and helpful. Quiet and Clean Rooms. Wifi and Tv was not working. Overall good if you are looking for budget and near BITS.

Everything is good. In booking package room service also added but room service not provided in this hotel.

Wonderful stay at oceanview. Nice & clean rooms. Definitely like to revisit oceanview whenever we come to goa next time.

The room is ok but poorly maintained. Location is not convenient. Bits goa campus is 2 km from property is convenient for those visiting bits

The hotel rooms are nice But the AC in the room was not turning on quickly and it was not getting cold.

Room was not good. Inside room smelling too much. I asked to changed but they said you have booked so can not change. Bathroom ceiling was licking water. Room walls paint was out. Floor was so dirty.

The location of ocean view is the best thing. The food and the amenities are not bad but the management is not maintaining the property well as the ac 's are not functioning well the same thing is with the washroom fittings. After this review the owner should see and maintain the property to regain the glory

It was good to stay in this hotel...but tv f room was not working properly.rooms and pool was clean.

Property location is nearby airport so access is good but except for food amenities and services are worst

So nice for 1 or 2 days stays at very reasonable price. Ac room for 2 persons. Hot water for bath, apartment so even 4 people can stay together, good breakfast, dinner average, swimming pool on backside, spa in campus.

No clean, no room service, bad smell in all areas in the property. Restaurant terrible. Overall very bad

Very ill maintained room, unless you tell them they do not come for daily room cleaning, bed covers are dirty, if you order a cup of tea, they take 30/ 40 minutes!

Worst horrible experience. Room are not as per photos. Waste of money. Never visit here again

Good facility even the team management was excellent. Would like to stay again when we come next time
