Terrible Stay
Hotel Lilawati Grand is very poor Hotel. There are very poor service hotel staff is very indecipline they are not picking phone calls after checking rooom they are not providing bath towel. Thanks with Regards SERAJ ALI

Terrible Stay
The room was smelly. They didn't bother to clean the room even after asking for multiple times. There was no amenities. Their hospitality is too disappointing to be claiming as a three star hotel

Average Stay
Location is good and nearby from most of the office areas of lachitnagar and Ulubari. Breakfast is extremely average, food is not tasty. Room is very normal.

not good experience
no intercom , limited facility, poor breakfast , dirty linen changed 3 times, lift was not working in 1st day .

Not comfortable.
Not clean properly, mosquito biting, cupboard not close properly, television not recharge, it will resume after 2-3 times request. Broken ac and switch board are there, wall painting are sabby.

Poorly managed hotel
soloToo poorly managed, lack of staff, lack of cleanliness. Uncleaned rooms. Food is good though both in breakfast and room service.

familyI order breakfast at around 8am then it didn’t reach my room at all upon checking the staff informed me to go and have buffet in 2nd floor. The bf was not included with my room and wanted to order in the room but after 1 hour they declined the order and the staff totally ignored my request which is so unprofessional.
