Review Of Hotel Crystal Residency

Very bad

Bathroom could have more cleaner, bed sheet, blanket everything was dirty. Uncomfortable beds making sleeping very difficult

No restaurant in the hotel. Complimentary is being provided by buying from outside. It's not good. Also, water isn't complimentary, no toiletries kit provided

geyser was not working properly... at the morning water was not available... at last.... the metres were too dirty...

Location hotel is ok but service need for improvement and amenities is not upto the standard. Breakfast is items are sub standard. There no choice for quality food items. Hotel management must look for further improvement b g sharma

I decided to stay at crystal residency because i stayed there before, back then the staff were awesome and great.

Did not provide any family room, the bed was small. Poor service quality & complementary breakfast was only puri sabji brought from local cheap hotels outside. Will never recommend or stay again

Everything was fine but the room was too small anyway thanks to mm t for arranging an extra bed for us.

New Hotel at Guwahati City. I have checked-in at about 11 pm as my flight was delayed, very nice experience, even at 11 pm they took my luggages off from my Car & keep it at my room. Receptionist young girl was very humble, polite & helpful. Room is good & spacious, bathroom is good, environment is good. But they must upgrade their food quality, I have added my breakfast as complimentary, they provided us puri sabji & black tea at room only...salt was something more in the sabji & as I have stayed with my 4 year old kid, they should have some items in the complimentary breakfast for kids like milk, boiled egg, fruits like apple, banana etc. Since it's very new one, hope will hear their customer's review & try to decrease their lapses. Best wishes to the entire team of Crystal Residency, Guwahati. Highly recommended for stays.

Basic amenities were missing like soap towels toothpaste water bottles etc …food was terrible seems like yesterday”r left over food

Staff are not good, give breakfast according to their convenience, they made me wait for more than an hour for check in

This is a new property and trying to do there best. By google map we found location. Food is average. Overall a average stay. Wish him for keep up there best service

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay.

Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room. Some might find it a little tight. But it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.

Amenities are good but services are not well.

Hotel was clean and comfortable to stay. Staff were very well mannered

Horrible experience with very poor service. No amenities in room provided. Had to purchase water bottle too. Breakfast served was very poor and unhygienic in quality. The staff needs proper training in regards to cleanliness and food.

Very baad room service. Lunch order given at 2. Pm received at 4 pm. No buffet for breakfast. Ordered the same at 8 am and received the same after 1. 5 hrs. Nothing in rooms. Basic toiletries are not available. You ch-ave to request everything. God knows when your request will be honored
