Working stafff is not good … he is lair… I booked ac rooom but he say ac room is not avilable

Lift not working but overall staying experience is good.

There Facilities are totally disgusting. And on the first morning I told them to clean up the room and even I was provide the room key to reception but when I beck to the room it’s totally mashed up..

Rooms and service have been terribly disappointing, the bathrooms were not cleaned properly and the beds were unclean too. Definitely not the best choice for a hotel in guwahati. Oh yeah, the ac was broken.

Entire experience was pathetic. 1. Rooms were decorated but never cleaned. Carpets are like never treated or cleaned in last 10 years. 2. Rooms were so dirty you can't walk bare foot. 3. Toilet were dirty. Comod was totally yellow, some part of bathroom were broken from celling. 4. Bath tub were never cleaned and no curtain was there while having bath. 5. Room intercom were disconnected. So calling them from personal phone, but not a single no was reachable. 6. After checking in asked for breakfast, they said someone will come and take the order. So i have waited for 2 hrs but no one came. I went to reception to place order, they accepted it but not foods were not delivered. Later on i came down to reception and asked them to cancel order, came to who had taken the order didn't placed it to kitchen. From reception another direct calling no provided to me for calling. 7. Next day tried for more than 30 mins to call on that no for breakfast order, but no one was bothered to pick up the call. So i had no other option and had breakfast outside the hotel. For me this is 1st and last time i stayed in this hotel.

First time i ll stay this type horrible hotel. Telephone not working, tv not working, only. Ghesher not working. Only 2/3 staff work in this hotel. If any one offer to stay in free i dint like this hotel.

Most ever bad experience in a hotel stay at Guwahati. The amenities and services are the most horrible, which I have never experienced .

Really not good. I went for a good package plan with advance booking, unfortunately while checking in they denied my booking. After countess argument for an hour we finally could check in. Even then they gave md a horrible room. They even don’t look at pure request made by guest. No amunities, complementary breakfast is a scam. If you value the money have stated in a better place earlier, kindly go for a different. I recommend mayur

Hotel staff is totally rough, no proper way to contact them, bathroom dirty. No co operation from staff

We had booked the hotel last minute and the hotel seems decent enough for my family to stay for one night, but it turn out wrong. The reception staff was helpful, but apart from that everything is a mess. Right from allotting a room and made as changed rooms twice, once a room where someone was already staying had been allotted to us and few minutes after we were asked to leave the room and that they have given us another one. The rooms were dirty, the bathroom was dirty the ac was a problem.

Hospitality very bad and unwell maintain of room with stinky bathroom. Their services from the beginning till the end very very lazy with staff. No wifi no iron and limited food menu

They are not maintaining protocol, food quality very bad, unhygienic. Tv set not working. Man power are not trained, they have not any curses.

Room and washroom was good. But the service is not as good. Tv is not working and we almost called 5-6 times and at the last moment they made the tv at working condition. Free breakfast is also not good.

Hotel rooms are very poor / AC not working, bathroom are very dirty compared second class waiting room.food is pathetic. Smell from bed , no one can give reply for any thing. No staff available for listening…

Worst, they didn't care for those who booked a room online. Very very bad experience, no drinking water given, told us to buy from outside. No soap, no towels, no slippers. Pathetic service and behaviour of the staff. I had to check out and stayed in a different hotel.

Good. Staff behaviour is very good. Food are spicy. They are trying to improve. Location is very good.

Dirty rooms & washrooms. No room service at all. No one cares about guest. Rooms are really very dirty.

The hotel only in the picture looks good but after i took up a room i saw it was very very dirty room and worst washroom stinking. They never clear the washroom n food was horrible. Just couldn't eat. I have booked the hotel for 3 days but i vacated the very next day. It's a waste of money.
