Location and position is very good.Stands on the main market, room has no view but but from rooftop and kitchen have river Brahmaputra view.

For shoppers location is great, food is good and everything is awesome. Staff is very kind and the whole atmosphere is too good

The hotel is at very convenient location from the Guwahati railway station. The staff is friendly and helpful. the rooms are spacious and well maintained. Food is also exceptionally tasty. highly recommend if you want a good place to stay near fancy bazaar.

The breakfast is extremely bad, needs to be improved 100%. The room is fine considering it's a new property, linen still had stains on it. Hotel is short staffed. Would not recommend.

The hotel is great, staff was fantastic and the service is good too. The main highlight is the location which makes it easier to travel everything around. All in all i would repeat this hotel again for my next visit as well.

The bed sheets did not seem to be clean as there were a few strands of hair left from the previous occupant. But everything else was good. Check in and check out were smooth. The restaurant food is also good but the free breakfast was average so id recommend paying for the room only and ordering breakfast from the menu. The bathroom is really nice, they've even provided dental hygiene kits.

Staff was soo unprofessional i cannot explain. From the check in to the banging sound i cannot explain. 1st the check in, i arrived at around 7:15 am morning but was given a stare from the guy at the reception upon asking for check in, he told me there standard checkin time is 2pm but they will give me the room at 10am but if i needed it at the moment i would have to pay rs 1000 as early checkin fees. I asked them if they had the room vacant(available) to which he said yes they had it available, but would only give it to me after 10am or by paying rs 1000. I travel l almost 10-12 days in a month and stay at many hotels throughout my travel. My question is if you have rooms available and you will have to give it to me eventually then why make a customer wait. Then, 2 different party came for checkin around 7:45am, they were also asked for early chekin fees but they too told that they will wait, and they were given the room keys by 9am but not to me. Upon asking for the same, the receptionist told me that they booked the hotel offline soo they were given the room at 9am but they didn't allot me my room. Then the receptionist mocked at me and called her manager and told they have put me on hold till now. Finally gave me the room keys at 9:45 am after making me wait at their lobby for more then 2. 5hrs. Next at night when people sleep you will here strange noised of banging and things falling which wont let you sleep! but the people of the hotel had no idea of where the noises were coming from. Not to mention that their geyser was not working. All in all never going back to this hotel nor would i suggest travelers booking this hotel.
