So as soon as i reached the hotel they told that all the hotels room were booked n done with all the payments for 4 nights so they told that they have another room and the charge will be a bit higher and i asked for the extra cash they charge extra 1500 from us this is so inconvenient for us as we hv already booked paid the amount n non refundable we hv nothing to do then just paying the extra cash So unsatisfied with the hotel stay

They took extra cash of 680 rs from me. I need the refund for the amount that i had to pay extra. I showed them the booking details of make my trip. But they didn't listen and demanded extra cash.
