Don’t expect much
Cleanliness and hygiene is issue, staff behaviour is not hospitable and welcoming. Don’t expect much. When I reached the manger at reception told me that MMT has sold the room at very low price which to my surprise is the first time I heard in any hotel.

Providing posh room is not good hotel management In fact big lapses on management Broken light, door lock ,bathroom accessories Delay in services Drinking water might be also chargeable Dinner utensils with left overs from all rooms left in passages for whole day Star ratings need to be verified.

Not worth the stay
The hotel didn't have cleanliness at all. During checkin the used plates and food leftovers from all the rooms were lying in the corridor at peak hours. The corridors had garbage all over. Room service was delayed by 1 hour minimum. Highly understaffed. Feel bad for people who work there. Even the hotel cab services are scammers. They suddenly surged their rates the second day when infact the location was the same. Very bad experience. In some rooms AC was leaking and water was all over the room floor. Bathrooms were suboptimal. The hotels needs desperate attention on cleanliness and infrastructure

Good Stay
All facilities available in the were working other TV, no input. Kichen service was good especially in kichen, room service was delayed. Another good point is locality of the hotel.

used bed sheets, toilet flesh not working, Tv also not working, no kettle... etc.... in next time i choose others

Budget hotel at north guwahati
familyThe location was good. Lobby also looked ok but room cleanliness, especially toilets not upto the mark. Toilet drainage, commide seats, doors, ac fan were all having issues. Food is ok, restaurant is pretty large but limited menu. Value for money and ok for staying overnight

The place is good yet it lacked certain things like spots on bedsheet, the used dishes weren't taken at time, as such. But very much appreciated for their fast service and face environment + the locality have the availability of rickshaws n other travelling facilities. people at reception are good too

Bad experience during check in
There was check in issue . I was made to stand for approximately 15-20 minutes in reception area as booking was not showing to reception guy even though i show them the booking voucher.

Only point in its favour is that it is close to the iit.
The ac of room no 403 can't be used as there is no remote for it. The bathroom tap is not working, so there is no water in the bath.

This property is worst where i stay. Hospitality you will like you stay at your enemy's home. It's a suggestion stay at railway platform is much batter than stay in this property. You have struggle for light, food, hygiene etc.

Bathroom condition is bad and smells in the room. Location is good for near iit. But foods are good.

Poor Stay
Experience was not good. Towels and pillow covers were not clean. It is not expected from this hotel as we paid enough amount for one night. If it is the condition of a deluxe room then i don't know what is the condition for normal rooms. Not worth it. Thank you.

Very bad service
familyRoom service is bad. You cannot get tea till 8am. Receptionist comes at 8am before that there is nobody to attend you.
