It is good hotel. They take of cleanliness and all hotel staff are kind and polite. The rooms are clean and tidy.

One needs to follow up with the service guys multiple times to get something, and some of the staffs are not professional at all.

As i was alone and my room was near to the reception i can hear the loud voices of the staffs upto 1 pm which made me quite uncomfortable and scary

They are collecting extra money for bookings. I have also faced the problem but i complain they talked to hotel management then they returned the money. And also there is no extra facilities.

1. They asked for extra payment for the room 2. After check in they have given 3rd class quality room, stain on bedsheet smelling room 3. Rude behavior of all staff. 4. Food quality is extremely terrible. Please avoid to book this hotel. You will regret it

Hotel manager behavior is very bad, and alwaz ask for extra money to stay and if u denied then he will forcly through you out from thjs hotel, he dont cares about any thing, i suufferd a lot, so everyone please take care yourself

First of all the hotel is shady, the staffs are unfriendly, not recommended for couples. They charged me extra for the stay despite the fact that I already booked my stay and paid . also complimentary dinner and breakfast was also supposed to be given as per the booking but they refused to give.

I book and make prepayment through makemytrip web portal. When i check in they refuse to allot room until i pay extra 800 rupees. Travellers please stay away from this hotel. They will loot you.

After Booking through OYO hotel management demand Exter money for stay this hotel. When we ask exter payment bill they denied. behaviour not good with customer.

Hotel location was hard to find, hotel was ok but need to work a lot on cleanliness and hygiene there was no bathroom bulb no battery inside ac remote and window glass was broken so they covered with cardboard and so it was noisy and lizards came inside the room, room walls had stains from previous guest ‘s lipstick marks were on many areas of wall, was disgusting and felt like as if the room wasn’t clean. Room service was very bad even for a cup of tea it took more than an hour not just one time but couple of times and the room service guy who came to fix the ac remote felt like he just want to run inside my room without even asking my permission if he can enter or not, little courtesy can matter a lot. Otherwise ok ok for staying near main city.

I have never stayed at the hotel cos the ambience of the hotel was not at all gud n nor did i get my refund back. A very horrible experience with the hotel
