Average Stay
Stay was good , the room was good and the food was also good. But they charge 18% GST while serving at the restaurant which should be 5%. Some of the other guests mentioned this to them and requested for a 5% GST but they didn't listen. I though the next day for lunch they must have changed it to 5% but they did not. Seems to be a management issue where they are not complying with GST norms even when flagged by the guests. Make my trip can take this up with them if possible.

As per the current regulation: If any room in a hotel is priced above ₹7,500 per night, the entire property is categorized under the 18% GST slab (with input tax credit). The 5% GST rate applies only to standalone restaurants or hotels where all rooms are priced below ₹7,500 per night, and those establishments cannot claim input tax credit. Since our hotel has rooms priced above ₹7,500, we are legally required to charge 18% GST on food and beverage services. We understand the confusion this may cause and truly appreciate your concern. Good Stay
Overall stay was pleasant but the food at the restaurant was very disappointing. Being charged exorbitantly and the quality pf the food was really bad. Would bot recommend anyone eating here but other amenities were good. The room was clean and nice, location of the hotel is good. Staff was very helpful.

comfortable Stay in Hotel Nirvana located at City center
We stayed for 1N in hotel Niravana in Guwahati. This hotel is located in city center. Our stay was comfortable. Hotel rooms are excellent and posh. Food is very tasty. Breakfast menu was awesome. Thanks to Mr Raj and entire staff of hotel for prompt service and warm hospitality.

Loved Everything About This Place!
The stay at this hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. Especially the bed was perfect. Room is also of ideal size with good upholstery and furniture. Although it is shown as 3 star, I will rate it equivalent to 4 star. Even the service was very good. Overall I enjoyed the stay at this hotel and highly recommend it.

Flawless Stay – Will Visit Again!
There is nothing to complain about this hotel. It is so well maintained and rooms are neat and clean. Service is amazing. Even the food in restaurant is made fresh and served hot. Taste is also very good. It is also in a quiet location in Paltan bazaar. I will highly recommend this place.

Terrible Stay
Property was good and comfortable BUT they raised the wrong invoice and promised to send it to me through WhatsApp after correction. It was by a guy called AMOSH. I have been following it since 15th Oct (check-out date) and it is still not received. Now I am being asked to check with the agency who booked it. This is hopeless

Convenient stay
New property.... so still very clean limited breakfast options City centre... but surrounded by lodges fully carpeted room flooring... will be difficult to maintain in the long run

Wonderful Stay for a Newly Married Couple
I stayed at this hotel with my wife for three nights, and had a very pleasant experience. The property is well maintained, and the food served was quite good. The housekeeping staff was professional and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was absolutely smooth. We think we were the youngest married couple staying at that time—it was funny how everyone kept looking at us, but not in a negative way. Overall, a great place to stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel anytime I visit Guwahati.
