Hotel O Prabha Palace Lodge

Probably the worst stay I have been till date. The place is actually above a Diagnostic center & so is the best place for patients & their relatives for short durations. The garage is below and keeping there will damage ur car by the dripping water from the center's AC units. The room is very dirty. The AC has not been serviced in years and there is black coating in the vents and it will definitely kill a person if he uses it. the staffs is useless and doesn't even provide any soap or towel. The Bathroom is very dirty and a huge open space around the exhaust fan which gives a clear view of a person inside the bathroom by another person in the adjacent flat. The lift doesn't work and there is Gutkha stains all over. Water Tank becomes empty in the morning and if the staffs are confronted they will behave very rudely.

Saaf safai pr dhayan dena chahiye hotel staff ko.. overall experience is good.. location wise kamakhya railway system is nearby and khane pine k options bahut hai aas paas mein and especially mansha hotel in pandu road is just walking distance

Cockroach fond in room, Bedbugs( Khatmal) found in whole bed, staff is not behaviour, very bad service.

noting is working i.e AC,Broad,droar..... service is good... but its not suitable very bad room for couple

Staff behavior - nice, ac & geyser was working fine but the only thing that needs improvement is bedding and cleanliness in washrooms to make the stay perfect.

room was not cleaned properly,no change of bedsheet,which leads to itching while sleeping .Bed bugs were found

Very third class hotel it is very dirty hotel please avoid stay hare.

Room is pretty decent but there are cockroaches in room, wifi is not working, bathroom is old, bedsheets are not neat and tidy overall bad experience.

Not comfortable at all. No warm water available in Prabha Palace Lodge. Room and toilet are very dirty. Very poor maintenance of the rooms. I will give minus 5 rating

Hotel is good location. But bathroom is very old and dirty. And all best.

Great place, no hassle but its better to check in early or else getting a room could be difficult. Everything else is quite okay.

Staying well but prices are too high, facilities are normal, 30% extra charges claimed by manager due to before 3 hour check in. I don't think that makes my trip smart. His loosing his customers due to these types of cleavers

Very poor service and the staff is not good for the hotel please don't book the hotel next time be careful before you book next time.

Room was not clean, washroom's condition was terrible. Often there was no electricity. Kitchenette and induction that was mentioned but not available there. Staff was not sufficient for cooperation. Charging point was not working in the room. There were many mosquitoes in the room. I don't have any image of my stay because i haven't spend much time in the room.

Rooms are not clean, bathroom bedsheet pillow totally dirty. Foodings are not included. Totally unsatisfied

Bedsheet &pallo cover is not suitable not clean room is not suitable for lighting no mirror no wash soap etc

Staffs were friendly, helpful. Clean room, good view but they don't have any power back up. If they arrange it it'll be very nice place to stat

Dirty rooms, no toiletries in bathroom, dirty bedsheets. Ac not working properly. Waste of money.

The entire lodge was smelly. They don’t provide you with soap, handwash. The receptionist is arrogant, rude and have no manners. Room was smelling bad. It had bedbugs. Ac doesn’t cool enough. Such a terrible place.
