Receptionist was sleeping that day not responding properly and security is giving the room but no ac so i levee the hotel. I complain to to customer care they cancel-led the room but not refunding the money

familyThere is no proper timings of breakfast. Rooms are not clean. Bedsheets were very dirty. There were hairs in the bedsheets. Ac was not working properly as well. We had to shift the hotel on the last day.

The location of hotel is ideal with all sort of facilities available in the vicinity of it. The room was spacious and all the appliances worked smoothly. Cleanliness was not maintained properly.

It was an awesome stay in poddar inn. The staffs are well mannered and they treated us in a proper way. Also the property is awesome for unmarried couples too. Over all it was a awesome stay.
