The Room was dirty, lift is very small hardly accomodating 1 person along with one luggage, ;

poor entry..no water offered... no one asked for the breakfast, although breakfast was included in my booking... poor staff behaviour..

Room was not good. No toiletries were provided. AC was not working at all. No clean towels. Location was okay.

Everything was fine including the room and other amenities but AC wasn’t working properly but we decided not to complain other than that everything was great

It was good and friendly , place is good to stay and calm , no disturbance n even food is food is good

Hi, Usually if I travel to pune I will prefer EON Inn in Kharadi every time, but this time management has been changed and they have the worst service and provided room is also not in good condition and A/C is not working. I informed them personally to check the A/C but they didn't responded only and after waiting for an hour I contacted MMT customer care and they have resolved the issue. I don't prefer staying in this property in future. Thank you for the help to resolve the issue MMT team.

Wifi not provided, even i asked for password 2 -3 time rude behaviour from front desk person took 500 from me for early checkin had to sleep on couch for 2hrs even when room was vacant till checkin time

Baht achi service hai or bed washroom bhi baht clean rehta hai. Hotel k staff bhi achi help kart e hai

No proper reception area and the walls seemed to have cracked. Yet, the room was good and the bathroom clean and well maintained.

I'm always looking for comfort in my bed. At this hotel, I received the same. It was very cozy and fluffy.

It is the worst hotel I have stayed in my life there is leakage in bed from ac and bedsheets,blankets are horrible

one of the worst hotel , included breakfast were a piece of rotten bread pakoda. Worst hotel management they won't provide even drinking water facility. It is adviced not to stay in this hotel.
