I trusted the images of the hotel rooms provided but when I checked in it was worse then expected... 1. Dirty pillows and sheets which 2. Hair all over the bed 3. The side table was not clean and visible glass marks and stickiness 4. The switch board of washroom was hanging and wires were exposed in "washroom" 5. The ac was not cooling enough. I even accepted to check other rooms but either ac was not working or sheets were not there due to laundry delay or same problem as the 1st room. Given the condition mentioned above it was not possible for me to compromise my comfort and most importantly my safety. Even after detailed mention of problems that I faced with the hotel couldn't resolve my issues and grant my refund...I will totally lost my trust

1) ACs don't work! No windows! Fan either stays at full or off! 2) If you turn on the geyser, you might get electrocuted (as per the uncivilised receptionist) 3) Terrible locality 4) Hotel is called Delhi Pride, you might book it under "Super Collection O" or "Oyo". 5) No Towel or Tissue papers or Toothbrush/paste.
