management system very bad 🙂 room not clean properly

one horrible night with my famil ....info provided by the management...infact there is no management only ..no tv ,no swich,no house keeping ,no receptionist, no lift .... disgusting...in fact no water bottel no plate no food ..nothing all zero actually Lake of Maintenance.. one horrible night with my family ....

Hotel room was too dark. there was not enough lights in the room.All the lights were either fused or uninstalled. Bathroom was very dirty. Hotel management was completely unaware about my booking. I booked this hotel through MMT It was not worthy for 2700 Rs/day in a city like Guwahati. I was traveling with my family and I feel ashamed for this hotel in front of them. I am feeling cheated. I booked AC Dulux room , it was good but the window has no grilled and cannot lock it, not safe to keep your belongings while going out . the door lock also not functioning properly.

Worst hotel in guwahati, staffs are useless behaves rudely and all the staffs should be attested by police and the hotel should be closed by the administration.

We have not stayed in hotel. Pathetic experience. I have paid full amount. Hotel was horrible. Can't be stayed.

Hotel was pathetic, there were endless problems like no electricity, no water, toilet was very dirty, window lock was broken, no safety, bed sheets were dirty etc i would not recommend any one to this hotel. I changed the hotel the same day. Wasteage of money.

Toilets were not clean the ac/ fan was not cooling the room bedsheets were dirty there were no attendants however the receptionist (only one guy) was helpful and not rude

Amenities in this hotel are a total fail. The toilets are very dirty and the water tap is not working and leakage and water was wasted and no exhaust fan is in my room, the tv and local cable network is available there but they do not have an adapter for the set of box in my room and lots of mosquitoes also there in my room. I myself buy a good-knight liquid from the market to stay overnight.
