This was the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel! I had a confirmed booking and had already paid the full amount, yet they refused to let me check in, claiming there was no available occupancy. How is that even possible? If I already paid the full amount, why should I have to call them in advance? That makes absolutely no sense!
On top of that, I actually did try calling them multiple times, but they never responded. And then they had the audacity to blame me for not contacting them earlier? What kind of scam is this?
The receptionist was extremely rude, showing zero concern for the inconvenience they caused me. This is outright fraud! How can they take my money and then deny me a room? Thankfully, MakeMyTrip stepped in and helped me shift to another hotel. Otherwise, I would have been left stranded because of this hotel's incompetence.
This place is a disgrace, and I strongly urge everyone to stay far away. They do not deserve a single customer!
