Behaviour of the staff was terrible

Stay was average. Location is inside a lane, at its very end. In 4 rooms that was booked, there were problems with AC in 2 of them. Mugs in the bathroom were broken in one of the rooms, however, hotel staff replaced it once we informed about it. Food items from the menu were good. Decent enough stay to spend 2 to 3 days.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel! I had a confirmed booking and had already paid the full amount, yet they refused to let me check in, claiming there was no available occupancy. How is that even possible? If I already paid the full amount, why should I have to call them in advance? That makes absolutely no sense! On top of that, I actually did try calling them multiple times, but they never responded. And then they had the audacity to blame me for not contacting them earlier? What kind of scam is this? The receptionist was extremely rude, showing zero concern for the inconvenience they caused me. This is outright fraud! How can they take my money and then deny me a room? Thankfully, MakeMyTrip stepped in and helped me shift to another hotel. Otherwise, I would have been left stranded because of this hotel's incompetence. This place is a disgrace, and I strongly urge everyone to stay far away. They do not deserve a single customer!

THE HOTEL PROVIDED ONLY ACCOMMODATION. NO KITCHEN, NO TEA MAKER, NO DINING OR RESTAURANT OF ITS OWN, ROOM SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

Small room, small approach road, old laundry, old ac - it's very basic hotel for that fare, staff is helpful

1) The place was difficult to access 2) Room was dirty- cobwebs, peeling walls, mosquitoes 3) bedsheets were the worst - unkempt and unclean / it looked like they had never been washed 4) on the plus side, the gentleman at the service counter was a fine chap with an intent to solve your problem - I called him for a non-working ac and he helped

The stuff is nice. Didn't faced any disturbance. Cleanliness could have been better but not that bad either.

No breakfast service available. Served stale bread collected from road side thela. Washroom not clean. The bath water is very dirty. Pictures attached

The hotel was good, also this is the new hotel. But get little difficulty for checkin, in reception they are first refuse to give room for local address.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was below average. Can do much better on it. Paid for two nights but stayed only 1 night.
