Worst place to Stay I paid for one night stay thinking it’s a nice good hotel turn out it has no electricity, the property was under renovation and had no proper amenities, the washroom taps looked all rusted and had no soaps or shampoo. Bad location thinking from the price that’ it’s a good property it’s a very bad property and I don’t recommend this to anyone.

absolutely not a place I’d recommend. The tap water was brown, the sheets were brown, the pillows were brown, and even the walls were stained with brown marks.

Very bad experience

I had very very bad experience with hotel eureka grand. Room is very dirty. Bed sheets and towels are not washed properly. Bedsheets and blankets having lot of marks/dirty spots (i think they are used these rooms some other purpose. Very poor maintenance and poor response. Walls are filled with panmasala spit marks. It is very difficult to hot water facility in wash room. You can get hot water morning by request only. I think make my trip done very big mistake by entertaining these kind of hotels.

Not worth the amount paid.

The property was okay okay, not worth the amount charged. The rooms were small and basic amenities were missing. Welcome drink was mentioned but nothing provided as such. The reception area did not had any proper employee. Anyone can come and sit anytime on reception table.

Stayed at hotel eureka grand and was impressed by the well-lit and clean room. The dining facilities were excellent, with a good variety of affordable and delicious food. The staff at reception were warm and welcoming. Room service was quick. Highly recommend!

My experience of the property was awful. Just becz i booked a standard room online the hotel did-not provided me options in room. Inf-act the room i was allotted had tv connection but not working, ac not working, room was stinking along with toilet, commode was broken. When i complain and asked for a different room they we have one 1 option for people who opted for standard room and becoz i had already paid online i was forced to stay in the same room. I had booked a room for 3 people. They did-not give me a triple bed room. 1 more mattress was put in that small room which was very inconvenient. I won't suggest anyone to opt for this hotel without checking the rooms on your own. Worst experience till date in my stay at hotels.

Pathetic maintenance! only reception will look good but not the rooms

Room is too smelly. Seeing bed bugs. No proper maintenance. Walls are also very bad. We have wasted 20k for 3 days. Since we do not have an option to shift the hotel, we just adjusted to sleep. Seeing many bed bugs. I don’t recommend at all.
