room was spacious but service was very poor...i checked in at 10:30 pm so they told me kitchen was closed.. I asked them about water they said no staff at night so I went down to the reception for water, three times...at morning I asked tea they said after 8:30 am ...again I asked milk powder pack , they said no...I hv to wait for tea...I order breakfast and the food was pathetic...the mini bar of the room is not cooling... overall very bad experience....

I loved the place. Food was very good. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Water was good. I stayed there before also and I love the hotel. The only difference I noticed this time is in my bathroom there was nothing to hang my clothes. The hanger was broken maybe. Otherwise I loved the place and will choose this place again

The management, check in was smooth without any hassle. However this time the stay experience wasn't very good. The bed sheet and mattress wasn't properly washed due to which both me and my partner developed rashes and were allergic. Additionally we ordered tea for breakfast which had a large fly in it. Overall the experience was horrific.
