Hotel om regency near kamakhya mandir, guwahati. Service was extremely bad. No one was there to entertain for room service.

Those looking for basic facilities in a pilgrimage tour can book this hotel. It is located at a walking distance from kamakhya temple. Though there is no restaurant in the hotel, there are several eateries close by.

Hotel doesn’t do daily cleaning or provide drinking or hot water to bath, make my trip has charged double the price of what hotel is charging which is very disappointing

Very bad service, room is not clear, not provided proper room booked by me, they charge rs 500 extra money. The worst hotel.

Please do not book this hotel, else you will have to pay extra as we paid. and even if you pay extra they will not give you the bill. Worst experience.

But price is so different than phisical

we were stayed in Om Regengy with the cost of Rs. /- per day per room while you have charged Rs /- per day per room (about). The manager of hotel told me as you have booked room and paid directly, so you have to pay extra charge. Thus, I have /-×2 ( rooms) × 2 days= 3600/- extra. If I was booked directly to hotel, this amount will be saved. I am very sorry to say that your service charges is very very high.

Worst hotel i had visited never recommend anyone to visit there no proper facilities eg food is worst staff behaviour is very bad nothing is good the worth is only 300 rs for one night

Few minutes of walk to temple, nicely maintained room with balcony, everything functional, comfortable stay. Extended checkout for temple timings.

No fooding services are there. Tv and wi fi system are not working properly. Location is ok. Co operation with guest are not so well.

My taxy triver behave rude but hotell staff fully cope-rate and help properly, feel best

The room was spacious and the location of the property is excellent but the maintenance was poor. The remote for ac and television in the room was not available. There was no room cleaning during our stay.

Food bad. Check in very poor
