Hotel O Sector 52 Gurgaon

A very dirty room and the washroom smelled too bad and the entire hotel smelled like a smoking zone I can't recommend any one to stay at this hotel

Pathetic property condition. It is not at all recommended to stay. Complete property is a mess. Rooms are dirty, bathroom is leaking from everywhere, doors locks not working.

Room was extremely dirty other that that everything was decent. Staff was nice but God so much dirt on the floor

No food arrangement there always giving low quality tea and breakfast. Lift not working properly, once I was stuck for 10 minutes between 1st and 2nd floor. No proper bathroom taps. Sometimes no water in bathroom. Noisy neighbour room owners. Playing loud music and shouting late till night. First room was given in basement without any cleaning, cigarette butts were all over the place. Even linen was not clean, Terrible experience, not evn pure drinking water was available

The rooms are not very clean and TV is not there. Towels were not provided. The service is very slow and it took a lot of time for the power backup. Poor property and not suitable for families.

very good hotel, but only i am disappointed about when i asked the staff for water it takes too much time to provide water bottle and sometimes they don't provide water . but overall excellent staying experiance

Location is good, but the room is not clean, it was smelly inside even toilet is not clean.

This is the most horrible hotel to stay at, almost seems like a brothel. Cleanliness and hygiene is so bad that i had to get every sheet and cover replaced and they still smelled horrible

This was very different from expectation. No towel, soap or shampoo in bathroom, room was very different from the photos shown. Hot water was not coming as the tap near the geyser needs to open manually. Room was not clean, three different sides were open out of which window was covered with curtain but not effective and anybody can see from outside. This was worst than a normal lodge, cannot be said as hotel room.

The staff’s attentiveness and willingness to assist at all times were commendable.

tv not working, room lock key is not available, drinking water as well bottle were dirty. washroom smell like full of urine and shit.. light not working anymore. lastly they gave these service at the cost day, these are not enough they demand me for 500 rs more because of 1 hour extra check out. as they not informed me for extact time for check out they are themself informed me 1 hour late.. so overall they are thief and fraudulent people.. room like a nest of Birds. recommended to other hotels near medanta and sector 38 at the price of 900-1000 . and these rooms like a five star hotel.

The layout of the hotel was easy to navigate and well-organized. The surrounding area was safe and pleasant for walking around.

The experience exceeded our expectations, given the price. A very comfortable stay that didn’t burn a hole in the pocket.
