hotel i ever stayed, torn and dirty blankets and bedsheets, toilets stinks, kitchen shink block, not recommended

Overall was good and overall experience was amazing. After request they top floor the view of cyber city was amazing

The hotel is near the metro, making it easy to commute, but the road to the hotel is dirty, especially in the monsoon. The rooms are spacious and decent, but cleanliness is an issue and seems to be done just for formality. Service is slow and you often have to follow up to get things done. Online food ordering is easy with many options nearby. Overall, an average experience – convenient location but lacking in service and hygiene.

Worst experience ever! My confirmed booking was given to someone else, and I had to wait over 6 hours from midnight till morning just to get a room. The booking included breakfast, but the hotel staff bluntly said “no facility available.” On top of that, the cleanliness was extremely poor—probably the worst I’ve ever seen.

I had very bad experience recently. kindly avoid booking. The images posted by hotel management is f It is located in dirty area. Not clean bad smell Nobody can stay for 2 mins inside the room. Be aware don't waste your money.

Super Dirty rooms, no cleaning, no reception, had to come down 5 floors if need anything. stinky

Room are not Clean, So many time follow-up for Room service and no response. Do not boom In monsoon as water lodging and Staff also not co operative.

Room cleaning was not there. Room was also smelling. Bedsheets were smelling too. Geyser in bathroom was not working. Toilet handwash was not there.. no towels. Need to request multiple times for cleaning room...very bad experience

Its not a hotel, its a lodge.....Very bad, dirty... Bad smell..... Dint cleaned.. Exact opp to the pictures shown . Dint worth a penny...

Great choice for our family celebration. Staff was helpful and rooms were clean. Perfect for special occasions.

Room had everything essential for a good stay. Staff were available when needed but gave me space to relax.

I booked my stay at super hotel o cyber city phase 3 gurugram when i went there they said they dont have any room available for me although i book my stay in advance with them and i already paid for the room , so he told me to give a room at some other location but when i refused to take that room he asking me to take my money back which i have paid

Never felt alone thanks to welcoming staff. Room was perfect for solo stay. Great choice for people traveling alone.

The hotel Cleary didn't provided the amenities which were mentioned in the MMT app. Also the rooms were not clean and washroom smelled bad . I paid for breakfast included service but the hotel denied for this .after discussing this through MMT the hotel management said we will provide breakfast for which they just ordered aalu prantha from outside and handed over to me for the days I was staying. Same issue with toiletries. In the name of toiletries just 2 small medimix soap are provided nothing else . This also after discussing with MMT service, again they just provided more 2 small soaps and a towel which was stained and obviously used by someone else before. They mentioned induction included but was not provided on arrival. I even asked for a replacement - hote water kettle but they didn't had that also. I mean that was truly a disappointing experience from my end

Hotel provided everything needed. Staff was accommodating and room was clean and quiet for business travel.

Made the perfect choice for solo trip. Room was tidy and staff was helpful throughout my stay. this hotel is a very good.
