The food was not properly made, the room quality was very poor. the staff of reception person is very misbehaving with customers. i asked him something he replied that this hotel is not belong to my father's. water is not coming properly.

Everything was really good The rooms were nice The reception guy was very helpful and gave me an early check in. Location is also very nice in DLF Big car and bike parking available and it is an extremely safe location for first time travellers aswell. Over all this place is highly recommended for all kinds of people , person and groups.

At reception I was not attended properly as staff was busy entertaining the other person who was asking for some paperwork, I had to wait there standing like an idiot. I was treated as a second class person. This was disgraceful.
