Very pathetic they were not even giving the keys at first and then later when asked or rather forced them afterwards they alloted another room very very poor you can get far better hotel at same price in some other location

so terrible stay. koi staff support nahi. reception pe key leke apane aap room pe jao. no toiletries material. as per mention MMT. khane ka order leke 1 1/2 hrs bad nahi milega bolke bahar se lelo bolte hai. koi bhi restaurant nahi hai. Koi staff nahi apna kam aap karo. jaise other hotel me support rahate hai vaisa yaha kuch bhi nahi. dubara aise hotel me mai nahi jaunga.

Overall hotel was pretty good and well organised, receptionists were also very helpful and kind hearted. Food quality was also nice but there should be more options in lunch but whatever I had was really good in taste and. Cleanliness was nicely maintained.
