Rooms were not clean. Bugs were in room. Toilets were not clean. Bathroom fixtures were broken. Toiletries were not available

It’s really terrible hotel i stay no good quality rooms and i stay in this hotel for 3 nights and every day i change to new room because m facing many problems like no hot water working, not single double bed , no aircon working no tv recharge and many more .Manager behaviour also not good .

complementary breakfast is chargwd by MMT and hotel has not given..they dont have any restaurant..gizer was not working and leaking..floor was not cleaned. MMT has cheated showing this 3 star property.. this is simply a lodge

It was the worst hotel stay ever hospitality was poor hotel staff was extremely rude .there were bed bugs. Because of which I suffered multiple bug bites . it was horrible . upon calling hotel staff for help they refused to change the bed sheet . I paid for 4 nights and and checked out after the first night . Money completely wasted . This experience was horrible .

clogged sink, room were ugly and differnt from the photo which is seen. very unprofessional and not at all good experinece

The room is okayish for this price ! Bathroom was not maintained ! The dressing table was horrible ! Mirror had so much dirty patches ! Very horrible experience

The location of the hotel is good, the property doesn't provide any food as such, there's not any amenities at the hotel and services of the hotel are very poor. the staff at the hotel doesn't care about the clients. The geysers in the bathroom are not working and even on telling the staff about it they doesn't care to rectify it.
