Super Hotel O Mumbai Central formerly Park Palace

I stayed at this hotel two days ago, and my experience was very disappointing. The room was not clean, and I even noticed insects and cockroaches inside. The overall smell in the room and corridors was unpleasant, making the stay uncomfortable. There was also very little sense of privacy for guests, as many doors were left open and people were smoking on the balconies, which spread throughout the area. These issues made it difficult to relax or feel comfortable. I hope the management takes these matters seriously and improves cleanliness, hygiene, and guest privacy for future visitors.

very bad room, no water, no waste bin, there are somany cockroaches. very bad smell every where in the room.. bedsheet, towel and bed cover not neat

Very very bad expreance I faced No hot water no Seevise ac is worst no cooling Water leakage . No tv working All walls are damaged smell manager telling can’t do any thing because this is property . Worst hotel Never go to this hotel again waste of money plz don’t go here

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! This place is absolutely disgusting! We were desperate and had no choice but to stay since they refused to offer a refund—what a complete waste of money! The bed was crawling with cockroaches, there was no water, and the AC didn’t work. To make things worse, the staff was extremely rude and unwilling to help. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this property!

only the location is good, other than location nothing is good,very bad service they didn't give towels after asking frequently they provided and the some parts room condition was broken..

I like the hotel. the room was good. the hotel staff was very helpful. overall I like the stay. here you can stay with family .
