I am already paid at-he amount for the stay but they don't provide the room at the hotel very bad customer service not responsible the hotel staff don't prefer this hotel very bad experience

The room was horrible. The receptionist as not in a mood to welcome. Ac was not working. Toilet were unhygienic and slipepry. Totally i will give not even 1 out of 10marks to this property.

Overpriced and poor hygiene

the rooms were terrible, bathroom was not cleaned. Cigarette butts and matchstick were found. Bed duvet was not given. Mosquitoes were terrible. Ac was not working properly. Downs 6k for 3 days stay. Booked 2 rooms. Not a good experience. Stayed only because we pushed money in prior.
