Filthy Hotel with cramped rooms badly maintained,ongoing civil works,dirty linen,beds sinking down outliving their utility,all items left over of their Premium Hotel abam,Never next time,only saving grace location nearby Mobility Hub

Good experience, near vyttila bus hub and metro station. Not in main road, good for single and bachelor's.

Cleanliness and maintenance of the property need improvement

Rooms n building were not clean, staffs were arrogant, they wouldn't allow even one person to visit me.

One of the best attractions you could have found in laal's inn is the co-operative and friendly nature of staff. They will provide you with a decent room with normal amenities. Another attraction is that you could have an easy access to transportation from laal' inn.

Don't get fooled seeing the advertisement. No room service. You have to open fully the toilet door to get inside. You should learn circus to get out of toilet. If you try to hang bath towel on rod the rod will come into your hand. Positive thing is cleanliness. Cleanliness apart this lodging is a waste bin.

I had an early check in where i paid half day rental. On arrival at 6:00 am, met with a young chap who was rude and was like he checked me in and did a big favor. The place don't have a lift so had to carry my luggage to the 3rd floor room that was a disaster on opening up. The room was unkempt and was disturbed the whole night with ants roaming in my bed. Only solace is it's proximity to vyttila hub. Overall, worst experience, must say!

highly priced, rooms were smelly and small. bathroom was small, Hard to find the hotel, no lift. average hotel. ac was poor.

The hotel and rooms were excellent. But room ac was not functioning well. But overall best hotel as per the budget. Definitely recommend other to stay in this hotel.

The recepcionist was very polite and respectful, i was there only for one night and is enough if you want only rest and continue

Good behavior 24 hours drink water

My room was at 2nd floor and no lift was available with lots of luggages and hotel staff did not help to get a room at ground floor. Location was good. Room was very small. No hot water available at bathroom. Overall an average stay experience

Avereage experience. Rooms are clean and neat. Walkable distance from vyttila hub. But it is difficult to reach there by car.

In my life very worst experience

The hotel is very unorganized with used matchboxes, tooth brush in the room. No receptionist to attend the guests. Had to wait 20 mins for the guy to come from his room. The property have old boxes lying here and there and zero cleanliness or covid protocols. One of the worst stay i had.
