Best in town, Neat rooms,great acess,friendly staffs

Had a booking at the hotel, with the check-in time scheduled for 12 PM. I arrived at 2 PM, which was well past the check-in time, yet the hotel staff only started cleaning the room after my arrival. We had to wait another 45 minutes. Later, they informed us that the room was ready and asked us to go upstairs, but we still had to wait another 10 minutes outside the room as they were mopping and cleaning. We finally got our room around 3:10 PM, and upon entering, it had a strong, unpleasant mix of mop and floor fragrance smells. The next morning, at exactly 9:30 AM, we received a call reminding us about the checkout time. When we went to the reception to hand over the keys, the receptionist rudely asked us to wait again. After all this hassle, we had to wait another 10 minutes before we could leave the hotel premises. It was a really bad experience overall. The receptionist clearly did not know how to treat guests Truly a pathetic experience.

My stay at the Arctic hotel was excellent! The location was incredibly convenient for city access and sights. The food, especially the complimentary breakfast, was superb and varied. Facilities were modern, and the room was cozy with a comfortable bed. Above all, the staff were consistently warm and helpful, ensuring a truly memorable and comfortable visit. the location was very good you can access bus, and metro nearly to you.

Very basic facilities. The the hotel was little dirty, washroom not properly maintained. Also there was a huge chaos outside the room during the night time, people were fighting.

Someone open my room when i am sleeping with key at midnight around 3:30 am, bed full hair and used bed sheet, only one towel and more

I used to be a frequent visitor here but now a days their quality has dropped down. In this visit i have been provided with automatic card key which was not working. When i asked to change the room again gave a room with a manual key which kept on s tucking and hove to wait a long time trying opening it. The bathroom was stinking. I dont know why their quality has dropped to this level. Hope they will rectify and will have a pleasant stay next time. Or else am sure they will loose their regular customers
